To schedule your off-campus visit or virtual presentation, please complete the form below.
The Museum can send a docent presenter to your location for a presentation or one of our docents can “meet” your group via Zoom for a question & answer session. These presentations can be for multiple groups throughout a day or for a single presentation. Please note off-campus presentations are only available to schools and organizations within the San Antonio area. If you are outside the area, please request a virtual presentation. Requests require a minimum of 25 people.
Tours must be requested at least 2 weeks in advance to give us time to locate a presenter for your group.
